Leaders without Limits

Learn how to implement and maintain a program designed specifically to increase the number of persons with disabilities participating in leadership roles in the local community. Leaders Without Limits is a Community Leadership Academy 5 week course designed to train individuals with disabilities to actively participate on nonprofit boards, community advisory boards, committees and councils. As ongoing advocates for positive social change efforts, Resources for Independence Central Valley created the Train-the-Trainer program and manual to provide the tools to implement a local Community Leadership Academy.
